I am a work-study student at the Saint-Malo Institute of Technology, with a particular interest in computing and networks and a strong enthusiasm for science and engineering. Across university, work and personal projects, I learn by experimenting: understanding a system, testing an idea and documenting what I discover.

Customer Service Technician

Orange Business

Technical supervision of enterprise customer projects within a team of engineers, technicians, technical project managers and customer account managers. Large-scale advanced configuration of routers and backbone equipment, direct equipment administration and management of complex or unprecedented cases. Creation of Power BI dashboards for production data, automated data collection through scripts and APIs, and industrialisation of network deployment processes.

Bachelor of Technology in Networks and Telecommunications, Cybersecurity track

Saint-Malo Institute of Technology (work-study programme)

A work-study programme focused on installing, managing and monitoring telecommunications networks, with a specialisation in cybersecurity. I am also particularly interested in cloud environments, their administration and security.
